HOLON PROJECT
The Leonardo Da Vinci Project has been awarded to carry out an e-learning course since systemic approach, to analyze the company and its context. This course will research interpersonal conflicts that take place in the organizations, as well as the derivatives of the outside relations, and it will adress to managers and intermediate managers of the organizations.

Starts the 1st Holon course edition
The 1st edition started last March 1st. The Holon course is avalaible since november 2009 and many organiztions are already interested in to take the course. It is estimated that in 2010 would be carry out over forty editions.

The Conference for the Holon course presentation took place on 2nd october in Alicante.
Holon project Final Conference took place in Brussels on 24th september
The final conference of Holon project took place in the Committee of the Regions of Brussels.The holon course was presented in this framework.
The Holon course valuations are very fabourable evaluations form results of the Holon Pilot Course
The pilot Holon course has been assessed very positively by the managers who have already done it. The global satisfaction average is 8'8 stated within scale from 0 to 10. Enter and look up here the summary of the results.
